Our team’s target?

To be in the top 1% of long-form editors in the country.

It’s a long shot.

But I’ve never believed in small targets.

If you want to make it big → you have to:

take risks,

feel the fear,

aim higher than your gut allows.

Partly, this mindset comes from work.

But mostly → it comes from playing sports since childhood.

Sports taught me:

- Challenge yourself, or you get complacent.

- Push harder, and you discover you had more in you.

Editing is no different.

You’re either competing to be the best or you’re replaceable.

Aim for the top 1% in your field.

Because when you get there, no one can replace you.
